The first stage is to gain an empathic understanding of the problem you are trying to solve. This involves consulting and engaging with people to understand their experiences and motivations.

This is where we will analyse your proposal and synthesise them in order to define the core problems and concept that you and your team have identified up to this point.

During this stage, we will start generating ideas, drafts and samples. The aim is to identify the best possible solution for each of the problems identified.

At this stage, we start creating / developing the final product based on all the results generated during the designing phase.
